Community-based water stewardship: Treating water as a common good and embedding it within public areas of new housing to maximise benefits for people and nature

To deliver sustainable and resilient communities, clear mechanisms are needed for the long-term care of shared water assets such as rainwater harvesting systems and Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS).
